Our home watch plans include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly checks on your Home or Business.  Our 32 point checklist, which includes a wide rage of visual inspections of the interior and exterior of your home or business, checking for any signs of damage, break-ins, leaks, etc...

32 Point Checklist

Interior

  1. Ensure security system is functioning
  2. Check Fire, Smoke, and CO2 Detectors
  3. Check temperature / humidity settings on thermostat
  4. Check for signs of break-in
  5. Inspect for obvious signs of pest presence or insect infestation
  6. Check for water leaks
  7. Run water in sinks and bath tubs.  Check under sinks
  8. Wipe sinks and baths dry
  9. Flush toilets
  10. Run garbage disposal (If applicable)
  11. Check Appliances
  12. Cycle dishwasher & washing machine monthly
  13. Check Windows and Doors
  14. Check lights and fans
  15. Check breaker box
  16. Check water heater and water softener system
  17. Inspect air filters
  18. Check timers on lights (If applicable)

Exterior

  1. Bring all mail and or packages inside
  2. Remove and dispose of any junk mail & flyers from mailbox
  3. Inspect yard & planting beds for trash and weeds
  4. Monitor landscaper
  5. Perform visual inspection of exterior for obvious issues and or damage
  6. Check for drainage issues
  7. Check doors and windows
  8. Inspect for signs of vandalism
  9. Inspect for signs of pest presence or insect infestation
  10. Check exterior lighting
  11. Check pool and or spa for obvious issues
  12. Check pool cage for signs of damage (If applicable)
  13. Inspect dock for signs of damage (If applicable)
  14. Visually Inspect boat for signs of damage (If applicable)
  15. Ensure all lights & equipment are turned off (At owners request)
